Steve Gildea - Divisional Director, Property: sgildea@haydockfinance.co.uk

Almost 15 years in banking and commercial finance including 8 years with Davenham Group in a variety of roles across the Operations, Credit and Risk areas of Property, Trade, Invoice and Asset Finance, finalising his Davenham career as Head of Group Risk. Joining Haydock in August 2006 to incorporate a Property Division, Steve brings to the role a wide range of experience to create a real alternative in the Property Finance arena.

Scott joined Haydock Finance in 2006 following over 10 years with Alliance & Leicester Commercial Finance working in various Operational and Risk based roles. Scott has a wealth of finance experience and manages our Operations department.

Chi Ho - Client Manager: cho@haydockfinance.co.uk

Following a brief career in catering and retail management, Chi moved into finance over 11 years ago, specialising in secured lending and securities departments including 8 years at RBS/Natwest. A further 3 years working in the specialist property team at Davenham in Operations and Underwriting roles, Chi joined Haydock in November 2008 bringing a greater technical and legal expertise to the team.

Having worked in the accounts departments for both Haydock Finance and their sister company, Beck Developments, Michelle brings an expertise and experience to her role in the property department managing the administration, IT systems and accounts. Having previously worked in manufacturing, the motor trade, and for a registered charity, all in accounts roles, she is relishing her challenge within property finance.
