Short-term bridging facilities to either release equity from an existing property, or alternatively, to purchase a property as if a cash buyer. 100% of purchase price can be provided as well as allowing roll-up of interest.
 
A facility for house builders and for developers, we can fund 100% of your land purchase costs and 100% of your development costs with our repayment coming from the sales proceeds or refinance of your completed units. It is ideal for clients who have a great opportunity, but cannot raise the contribution required by conventional funders, and enables developers to finance additional sites by providing all the required capital.
 
A product where developers can refinance their completed developments, releasing some equity to start further developments, whilst they await sales. We require a minimum of 25% of the units to have been sold, and can offer 6 months interest to roll-up.
