Jon Wilkinson - Executive Chairman
Co Founder of Haydock in 1980, following employment with North West Securities and Hindle and Walker Limited. Appointed to the Board of EFT Group plc in 1995 following their acquisition of Haydock and appointed to the Board of British Linen Asset Finance Ltd following the acquisition of EFT by the Bank of Scotland in 1997. Acquired controlling interest back from the Bank of Scotland in 1999.

James E (Ted) Black - Non-Executive Chairman
40 years in the asset finance and consumer finance industries, primarily with subsidiaries of the large clearing banks. The exception was as chief executive of EFT Group plc, a listed asset finance company established in Glasgow in 1987. Purchased by Bank of Scotland for £90m+ in 1997. Haydock Finance Ltd was part of EFT Group. Rejoined the Board of Haydock Finance Ltd in June 1999.

25 Years field experience in both Corporate and Consumer lending, working with major bank subsidiaries and as a shareholding director of a Commercial Vehicle specialist lender from 1989 - 2000.

Over 12 years in banking and commercial finance including 8 years with Davenham Group in a variety of roles across the Operations, Credit and Risk areas of Property, Trade, Invoice and Asset Finance, finalising his Davenham career as Head of Group Risk. Joining Haydock in August 2006 to incorporate a Property Division, Steve brings to the role a wide range of experience to create a real alternative in the Property Finance arena.

Scott Hannah - Operations Manager

Almost 20 years lending experience, working at Lombard before joining Haydock Finance in 2002. Debbie has held various roles in both Relationship Management and Credit & Risk.

A Haydock Finance employee for over 10 years, Andrea brings wide experience to the Property Division having previously worked in senior roles for both Motor & Leisure and Corporate Asset Divisions for Haydock.

Having graduated from Manchester University with a degree in Politics and Economics, Maria travelled South America for a year before working for large PLC companies in audit and finance roles, before joining Beck Developments as a Land Buyer. Maria brings a mix of finance and property experience to the role of Business Manager to help tailor appropriate facilities for our clients.

Over 20 years experience in various finance markets in both South Africa and the UK. Karen has worked in Property, Asset, Trade and Invoice finance positions, ranging from Operational through to Sales roles. Karen joined Haydock Finance from Davenham Group in 2007.

Working for almost 15 years in the finance industry, Andy, a business studies and marketing graduate, has enjoyed various roles in international trade finance, before moving into Property Finance in 2003, working for two specialist property funders. He joined our Property Division in January 08 and has brought a wealth of experience to the team.

After a successful start to her career in customer services across both the retail and travel industries, Sue-Ellen worked in Risk Management at Haydock Finance for 5 years, prior to joining our Property Division in June 07. Sue-Ellen therefore brings a natural blend of skills to the Client Manager role.

Following an early career in accountancy, Lianne joined Haydock's Risk Management team in 2006, before joining the Property Division in March 08. Lianne brings strong financial skills to help us manage our growing portfolio.
